Our founder
Maya Viswa founded RareFluence in 2023 with a vision to create intentional spaces where individuals can reconnect with their unique potential, build meaningful relationships, and embrace personal growth. Amidst the fast pace of London, she felt called to help people slow down and connect through creativity, storytelling, and purpose-driven experiences.
Since then, she has grown RareFluence from a boutique social club into a dynamic consultancy offering corporate training, life coaching, and bespoke community events to clients like KPMG London and New Generation Network. Drawing on her MSc in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, as well as her background in public affairs, performing arts, and cultural intelligence, Maya designs transformative experiences that inspire meaningful change.
Alongside her work with RareFluence, Maya serves as Co-Director of Hoffman Viswa Peace Partners, a global peacebuilding practice working with leading humanitarian organisations. Her work there spans intercultural dialogue, reconciliation, and community-based workshops in conflict-affected settings, adding an international lens to the way she approaches connection and intentional leadership. Through RareFluence, she continues to champion the power of intentional connection in navigating today’s complex and ever-changing world.
